The CDC patent filing of 2003 for SARS Coronavirus was rejected twice, as the gene sequence was already in the public domain. CDC overrode the patent office and it was approved in 2007. CDC then paid to have the patent made private.
SARS CoV2 is a sub-clade of the Beta-coronavirus family. You can not have a novel virus sequence of something that, in the gene taxonomy, already exists.
Sequoia Pharmaceuticals filed a patent on April 28th, 2003 for treatment and control of infections by Coronavirus only three days after the CDC filed for their Coronavirus patent. Sequoia's patent was issued and published before the CDC patent on Coronavirus was allowed.
How does Sequoia Pharmaceuticals have a patent for a treatment for something invented just three days earlier? And remember, the CDC paid to keep their patent private. This is criminal collusion and conspiracy.
Moderna received the SARS CoV2 spike protein sequence from the vaccine research center of the NIAID prior to the 2020 definition of a novel Coronavirus. Moderna then started vaccine development in November 2019, months before the novel Coronavirus was publicly identified. (So much for "Operation Warp Speed". President Trump's hand was being led by CDC and the pharmaceutical companies, who got exactly what they expected: billions of dollars.)
A series of patents were issued between 2015-2019 which specifically target the novel features of SARS CoV2 that make it more contagious.
Between 2008-2019, 73 patent filings covered the RNA and the sub-components of the gene strand that identify every attribute of the novel Coronavirus in 2020. Therefore, there is nothing clinically unique. All the elements of SARS were already engineered before the 2020 definition of a novel virus.
Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance publicly stated in 2015, "We need to increase...the need...for a pan-coronavirus vaccine."
