20 g of fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
300 ml whole fat milk / plant milk
a few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

For the Filling
75 gm of butter
2 tsp cinnamon powder
4 to 5 tsp of sugar
