The letters sent to U.S. legislators and media people contained a weaponized form of anthrax, and ended up killing five individuals. MacQueen explains his perspective that the anthrax letter attacks were part of the same operation as the 9/11 attacks themselves, the motives being to promote passage of the "Patriot Act" and provide a propaganda ploy for enabling the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

-promote the official story of 9/11 all the way, mentioning early on and more than once the "Al Qaeda" or 9/11 "terrorist" attacks.
-promote the basics of the FBI version of events to solve the case.
-promote the idea of Ivins being the anthrax killer because in his history he had raided a girl's room in college. (probably a harmless prank)
-promote the idea there was a possibility of "Al Qaeda" being behind the anthrax attack
-promote as fact that "Al Qaeda" was discovered to have been working on an anthrax bio-weapons program
-promote as fact that it was reported that one of the alleged hijackers may have been suffering from an anthrax lesion leading up to 9/11
-promote as fact that one of the alleged hijackers wanted to modify a crop duster to maybe spread anthrax on Americans
-promote the idea that the killer could still be "out there" ready to strike again at the very end of the documentary
I was surprised to see this documentary at all because it actually reminds some people the anthrax was traced to an American lab, and for some people it told them about the attacks for the first time.
No doubt It purposefully left out the facts surrounding Philip Zack who "voluntarily" had to leave the US bio-weapons lab at Fort Detrick, MD where the killer anthrax originated from:

Michael Atkinson: I still have my International Certificate of Vaccination that documents the four injections of an unproven anthrax vaccine I received in the US Army after the anthrax scam that started one week after the 9/11 scam in 2001. When I figured out it was a scam I looked into it for the first time and discovered what had happened to many of us who were made to get this bs injected into us. These bunk ass injections didn't do any major harm to me that I know of, so far. Then I discovered the hidden vaccine injuries of the rest of it, what's in vaccines, and how they are pushed onto people. So for years now all I do is say "no thank you" when they ask me if I want any vaccines at the VA.
