Ine of the issues that is not mentioned very much is how Ortega buy his military equipment from Russia. MIC do not like that. Russia has already talk to Nicaragua about a military base on the Atlantic side. The only other one they have is in Cuba. Also Nicaragua want to build a canal like the Panama canal through Lake Managua.
