All filing fees convert a right into a privilege. All filing fees are extortion. If you pay the filing fee, you are converting a court case into a commercial transaction, and you are paying for the errors and omissions insurance, and nullifying the Oath of Office of the (bought and paid for) Clerk masquerading as a Judge.
