The Rocking horse murders were committed by a man whose crimes are so shrouded in mystery you don't even get more than a paragraph on Wiki, well you do but it is regularly deleted). When first arrested, Police held a press conference saying he may be guilty of murdering up to a hundred young boys in the area that had gone missing in a 3 year period and they also released some gruesome details to the press. Then came back a couple of weeks later and said they were mistaken and that corrupt officers had made up stories for money. One of the officers who made the arrest went to jail for corruption and the other died in a car accident. What is the real story of Gong Runbo? This documentary is made based on the original police report by the first two officers on the scene. For me this is one of the stranger stories out there and to this day it is hard to believe worst crimes then those commited by serial killer Gong Runbo.
