A 2nd accuser has come forward against Brett Kavanaugh, a woman named Deborah Ramirez represented by Stormy Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti. It's alleged that Kavanaugh exposed his penis to Ramirez in a dorm party at Yale back in 1985. Avenatti further alleges Kavanaugh targeted women for gang rape at parties.
