He wants us to collect parts from Pandora creatures we kill so he can do some experiments with them. Once we give all the creature body parts he needs, the specimens get loose. We find that he's created a hybrid creature that's half Skag and Half Rakk. Then, we go off to kill another specimen that happens to be a Psycho spliced with a Spiderant.
