METHYL BROMIDE SYNTHESIS. THIS VIDEO WAS BANNED FROM YOUTUBE. They left up the ethyl bromide synthesis though. Even though all alcohols are converted to alkyl halides with the same reaction in the same way. For god sakes it is just mixing 3 chemicals together and distilling out the alkyl halide. IT IS IN EVERY ORGANIC CHEMISTRY TEXT BOOK AND TAUGHT IN EVERY COLLEGE IN THE WORLD FOR GODS SAKES. I guess if you are RICH and in college then it is ok.
