Nigel Farage was pelted with a milkshake by a deranged Leftist soy boy during a walkabout in Newcastle on Monday. Assaulting politicians by throwing milkshakes at them has been all the range in Britain the last few weeks. Leftists and mainstream media figures laugh and dismiss these crimes as wholesome protests. The authorities likewise are refusing to take them seriously.

These milkshake attacks are dangerous, however. Little by little these attacks are moving the needle from "protest" to actual violence and even murder. I'll take a look at the case of Danish politician Pim Fortuyn who faced similar protests. Unfortunately, Mr. Fortuyn paid the ultimate price for the Left's "harmless" protests.
