Today we're going to travel to North Bay Psychiatric Hospital where six patients vanished without a trace. We're going to talk about the mysterious disappearance of Philippe Guérin, Norman Richard Welsh, Terry Anthony Zubko, Russell Hoffert, Dawn Eva Carisse and Glen Wesley.
When I first started researching for this video, there were 14 people who vanished from the city of North Bay. All these cases remain unsolved.
