😰😰Blisters !!!! Ok this time I had blisters, but with 27km🤪🥳 is it the bare feet or the length? Nevertheless I feel wonderful, a new challenge as I ran the formula 1 race track twice. I went out around 7am and the temperature with the winds was about 4 degrees Celsius, 🥶 but there was a clear blue sky with a warm and bright sun. Also, it seems that once I hit 20k, my heart rate stays above 145 to 175, so something to watch for. Maybe I got blisters because I did 22 km last time, which tenderized my soles? 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️I didn't have that problem when I ran about 12km every other day, and I also explored new terrain that was less smooth underfoot. Now I feel spent !!!! 😴as I did when I ran my 22km, so that's another thing to consider as I'm less productive afterwards while I feel a blissful effect. So much to learn and to try!!!!
