Found all the missing items in Artaria and Cataris. The Shinespark puzzles are still the biggest challenge since usually you have to start your run from several rooms back and keep your boost until you need it for breaking the blocks. I wish there were more challenges with it in the main game so that you know how it all functions. For example you keep your speed if you jump off walls, which gives you a way to change directions. You can also execute Shinespark in ball form which was required for obtaining one of the upgrades.
