JIM CRENSHAW (any all capital letter name) is a dead fictional entity that they stick you with at birth (birth certificate) so they can conduct business with you as a corporation in commerce. Notice your Drivers License, Birth Certificate, Insurance, Bank Accounts, SS Card, Legal/Court Papers and more are all in capital letters. Every state court in Texas and most likely your state is a privately held for profit commercial corporation. The whole scheme is to extort assets from you to them (think civil asset forfeiture). The upper and lower case scam affects you every day of your life from birth to death. It is the law of water (commerce) not the law of the land (constitutional common law).
