With the overblown ego of many a celebrity chef comes the arrogance to wade into a topic they know little about. More than once have I seen a celebrity chef talking about progressive platitudes and neoliberal politics, often to a shocking degree. But in fact, it is baked into the cake of what makes these experimenters of the culinary arts masters of their craft. However, the simple fact that there has never been a long term successful multicultural and multiracial society stands in the way of their ideology, and these blowhards must be brought to task on their cockiness about this subject.
