Abuse looks like mistreating another person. By punishing and by violating a person’s rights. Mistreating a person by causing injuries or doing something that is unfair, outrageous, or prejudice.

Recognize that It is what it is and that is abuse. And understand that there are many people who are not healthy enough to be in a healthy relationship with another person.
