Geoengineering: Polar Vortex - Ice Nucleation 101

Geoengineering and bioengineering has been in motion for at least 50 years, and it has increased enormously during the past two decades to hide the Natural Weather collapse which happened in the the 1980's. And In the last few years, we have seen steadily increasing incidences of "heavy wet snow" falling in temperatures as high as 50 degrees. How can that be?...Artificial Ice Nucleation. There are essentially two kinds of Artificial Ice Nucleation: 1) Chemical Ice Nucleation and 2) Bacterial Ice Nucleation. Quite clearly, Artificial Bacterial Ice Nucleation is far more efficient. The final aspect of the Artificial Ice Nucleation process is frequency- Nextrad / Doppler radar beaming the skies with Heterodyne Frequency or Gravity Waves. It creates all of sudden cold fronts in 50 degrees plus temperatures any time of the day or night. This is the origin of the "Polar Vortex" or Artificial Winters.
