Restoring AC Gardner's Tool Box ~ Installing The Bands

Another snippet of the project that is never ending.
I wanted to install the bands and get the box completely assembled. I will need some touchup and I don’t want to do that until I have all the hardware on.
P.S. It's a Miller Falls No. 5 Drill. 😎
