A Powerful Way to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

With all this expansion and spiritual growth that we’ve been experiencing, why is it that the mind continues to be triggered? We know that our subconscious mind (or ego) creates a reality based on our social rules and programming. The mind is continuously searching for something that it thinks it lacks, and instead tries to create comfort from what it knows. There is something very powerful that we can bring to the subconscious mind to allow it to feel safe and comfortable.

In this video I explain how you can create a loving environment deep within your divine being so that old patterns can unwind and new ones begin to form. As your ego begins to trust your divine light, it will relax and allow your soul’s guidance to shine through. What does this mean? Instead of a constant internal struggle, your conscious and subconscious mind will become jointly focused on your soul's purpose!
