With an average IQ of only 85, that means that fully HALF of the American black population have an IQ of 85 or lower. It is illegal to induct anyone with an IQ of 83 or lower into the U.S. military, because there is literally nothing useful that they can be trained to do, and they are a danger to themselves and others.. We are sending blacks through our schools that cannot even be trained to do a fast food job, let alone graduate high school.. As our civilization progresses, more and more of the low IQ, manual labor jobs are being mechanized, this is a problem that must be faced..
