New Aeon Initiation - Lecture at Flambeau Noir 2017

Jeremy Crow gives a talk at Flambeau Noir 2017, an international conference on Left Hand Path esoteric philosophy and practice which was held in Ottawa, Ontario. The talk is on Initiation in the New Era. Jeremy goes over the different types of organizational structures that are typical when dealing with Initiatory systems, including traditional as well as more modern and Open Source. The various pros and cons of the different ways an organization can structure itself. Some ways you can introduce more freedom and power to the individual practitioners via less hierarchical forms of organization are explored and some of the implication of these structures. The paradoxical dual desire to increase secrecy as well as ways to increase openness and transparency at the same time can be resolved with Open Source Esoteric Orders.
