Changing Windows 10 Boot Order (Restarts Fine Now)

1) Restart the computer
2) When the sign-on screen appears, look at the bottom and choose F10 SetUp.
3) When SetUp screen comes up, choose your language and then the SetUp screen comes up, AS LONG AS YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING PLUGGED INTO YOUR USB PORTS, LIKE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES THAT MIGHT CONFUSE YOUR COMPUTER.
4) Hit R arrow to go to Storage, then scroll down using down arrow to boot order, then in the boot order window, check to see if your hard drive is up at the top. If not, go to step 5. If your hard drive is up at the top and you are still having booting issues, your problem may be something else.
5) Hit Enter to highlight hard drive.
6) Tab up to move hard drive up to the top, making it the first item (meaning it will be the first thing the computer boots off of to start your computer, which is what you want).
7) Change the order of the items underneath the hard drive however you want, just make sure that whatever you want your computer to boot off of is up at the top!
8) With the order correct, hit F10 accept.
9) Right tab to File, using left arrow, then scroll down to Save Changes and Exit, using down arrow.
10) When you reach Save Changes and Exit, hit Enter.
YOU'RE DONE! You should be able to restart your computer fine, even with your external hard drives attached to your computer.
