This weeks competitors are Brian Taylor, Jordan Burkhardt, Chase Eberly, and Anthony Mardiros. 2 out of these 4 ninjas will get to advance to our finals course in the season finale. it will be decided who they are based on who scores the most points overall, by defeating as many other competitors as possible, in each of this weeks challenges.
The Next Generation Ninja Games is the ultimate competition of Strength, Speed, and Endurance, originally created 1 year ago as a competition for those without a local ninja gym to enter in Ninja Competitions and also those under the age limit of 21 set by american ninja warrior in order to find lacking motivation to get stronger, the Ninja Games evolved into the ultimate obstacle course that anyone could perform at home.
The Muscle Ups challenge is perhaps the most powerful challenge this season as it requires the most explosive. In this challenge competitors will do as many muscle ups as possible. the winner will be whomever achieves the most reps.
The One Inch ledge Frenchies challenge is based on the common exercise used by rock climbers, the frenchies. in frenchies, challengers must do a series of pull ups where they must lock off at a different angle each pull up, making each pull ups interval last 5 seconds. Once you complete each angle you have achieved on frenchie.
Finally in the pull ups challenge competitors will simply do as many pull up reps as possible with no one arm dead hangs. simple enough. Let me know in the comments if you read this.
