Omission makes gluten free brews that are tasty and well balanced. This version is the Hoppy American Ale and it's quite quaffable.
Running 5.8 ABV , 33 IBUs and the coppery color is about 20 SRM by my eye. Not heavy on the palate, medium fast thru the middle and clean and dry on the back end. The Brewmiester nailed this one in terms of balanced drinkability.
