There is yet another Pokemon inspired monster collecting RPG potentially on the way! Kindred Fates looks to be a slightly more mature take on the monster battling genre. If it hits one of it's stretch goals it's even coming to the Nintendo Switch! More competition for GameFreak is always a good thing. Nintendo keeps winning legal battles lately. This time it was with a Japanese company called Maricar. The dispute was over their use of Mario character costumes and clear use of using Mario Karts imagery to make money. The company is now forced to pay almost 500,000 dollars.
