Peg Board Challenge - The Ninja Games Obstacle Challenge Ep.2 #americanninjawarrior #ninja

This week the competitors take on the peg board challenge. A peg board is an obstacle that originated in the Japanese television series Viking: The Ultimate Obstacle course. From there it was popularized by American Ninja Warrior when they stole it for the city courses. On a peg board competitors must lock off one one arm to move pegs through a series of holes. every time they get a peg in a hole it can be locked off on and then they can move the other peg.

After months of competing and honing our calisthenic skills in the Ninja Games it is time to put our new found strength to the test on many ninja warrior obstacles and obscure calisthenic tests.
