Trump succumbed to pressure from his daughter Yael https://www.timesofisrael.com/ivanka-trump-happy-to-be-jewish/ [Ivanka] Kushner and her husband Jared Kushner elevating Jewish rights above all other Americans. The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) was tasked with defining the favored groups, individuals and private enterprises and implementing the order and making sure all government agencies comply and enforce it.
Trump says in his speech that "Congress could not get 'antisemitism' legislation done, so, I did it"! PRESIDENT TRUMP! THIS IS WHY WE HAVE A SEPARATION OF POWERS, or checks and balances. CONGRESS IS The People's CHECK AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION. Maybe The People have been successful at holding Congress' feet to the fire in PRESERVING THE CONSTITUTION! The TRUMP EGO will not understand this!
