This is some great news. The case brought by the Brunson brothers against every member of Congress who did not allow an investigation of several states’ complaints to the assembled Electoral College on Jan. 6, 2021 – a right of the elected representatives of the offended states which is spelled out in the U.S. Constitution – that case was thought to be dead, but has now reared its beautiful head once again.

After denying a full hearing on Jan. 9 in a Supreme Court conference, the Supreme Court has decided to allow a motion to reconsider to prevail and the court will reconsider the Brunson’s motion requesting a hearing by the full Supreme Court. That takes the approval of 4 of the 9 justices.

According to a report in today’s Just the News, attorney Raland J. Brunson seeks the removal of resident Biden, Vice resident Kamala Harris, former Vice President Mike Pence, as well as 291 members of the House of Representatives, and 94 Senators who violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of election fraud in election 2020. This allowed Biden and Harris to be “fraudulently” inaugurated.
