Democrats Roll Out Jimmy Carter to Contradict His Commission’s Findings on Absentee Ballot Security

For a man who’s stated former Presidents should keep their mouths shut after leaving office about politics, not get involved in them, and said he wouldn’t do so, Jimmy Carter proves that when it comes to Trump being in the Oval Office he is willing to become a liar and a hypocrite if it means getting him out of it. Which shows that his being just a simple peanut farmer was all just an act in the end. One that was used to con a lot of people over the years into believing he was someone they could trust because his being one somehow makes him a credible and trustworthy person.

The Democrats are hoping that by harnessing this perception of Carter they can use it to help push their mail-in ballot scheme as being secure and safe. There is a slight problem though. He headed a bipartisan commission that investigated the security of absentee ballots which have security measures in place unlike mail-in ballots and they found them to not be either safe or secure. This was even with the security that is in place meant to ensure election integrity. That didn’t stop the Democrats from rolling him out to claim ballots being sent out to every American on the voter rolls would be beyond safe and secure though even though nothing has changed since the committee’s investigation.
