Operation Scorecard is software used by the CIA and Shadow Govt Military Contractors to manipulate elections (in any country). Project Hammer is a supercomputer used by the Obama Administration to spy on Americans. The early information on this new story is that these hardware and software systems were allegedly used by supporters of the Democratic Party - Military contractors who were former military officers - to alter the election results in several states.
