After you've collected all of the RYNO cards to obtain the RYNO and you've started a new game in challenge mode, make sure you also have collected all of the gold bolts and turn on the infinite ammo cheat in the Extras. Then when you first get to planet Kerwan, do NOT save the mayor. Instead follow how I perform clipping through the terrain. To get above the door while Ratchet is stuck in his falling animation, make sure he's squeezed in between the upper part, and once he's there, don't move any direction, then hold X while he's stuck and after he shoots himself up, you can move forward to get on top of the small part of the door. Follow close to the rocks, because some of the grassy terrain isn't solid.
