In so far as testing for a non existent virus there are indeed other test that can be used to detect all of the non existent viruses both now and apparently in the future as well.
The 3 other tests currently available are blood tests(finger stick), breathe tests and home testing kits but of course none of those work to detect a non- existent
virus either.
Without going further into it I’d like to see a monkey pox isolated “virus”
