Michelle Hutchens an employee of Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa was escorted out and taken off the schedule as she refused to receive the experimental vaccine because of her religious beliefs. Nuremberg Code is a set of research ethics and principles for human experimentation created by the USA v Brandt court as one result of the Nuremberg trials at the end of the Second World War. The ten points of the code were given in the section judges verdict entitled "Permissible Medical experiments."
