In This episode Miller's BBQ is joined by @LuckyjSDK to Make PSB (Pepper Stout Beef)
First a spog is made containing:
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
The Chuck Roast Beef is covered with the spog.
Next a Raspberry Beer pan is placed to keep moisture in the BBQ.
The beef is put on the BBQ to begin smoking for the first 3 hours
Orange peppers, Red peppers, Yellow peppers, Green peppers, Onions, and garlic are prepared with a secret rub, Worcestershire sauce, and the stout beer in a pan.
The beef is removed from the BBQ and placed into the pan with the peppers, covered with foil, and placed back onto the BBQ for another 3 hours.
Following the 6 hours of smoking, The beef is removed from the BBQ and cut up, mixed all together with the peppers, and placed back on the smoker for another 10 minutes.
Sandwiches are then made with the Pepper Stout Beef, cheese, and "Dat Good Mustard based BBQ sauce with honey".
