I took fault for writing an angry letter, accepted the provided attorney to defend me.
Plead "NO CONTEST" WITH $00.00 NO FINE AND STAY OUT OF TROUBLE FOR 1 YEAR.
Why do you think I accepted the sweet plea deal?
The first letter, was to inform them that I was the property owner and not my mother, who they had been harassing, about UCC violations, on real property, in a residential area not engaged in commerce and not a corporation... In any case, I instructed them to contact me, because I held legal recognized tittle of real property, occupied land and built shelter to protect my private property, as the law permits. Code Compliance did not respond and continued to harass my mother for UCC recommendations, that again if you LOOK UP THE DEINITION, are for Commerical sales, contracting with gov., corporations, and business.
1. "GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH" MEANING..... They are going to have to kill MEEE..E, I am not killing anyone, just defending my rights, liberty, and property...As the U.S Constriction demands, in the second Amendment, the 4th and the 14th Amendment.
2. I did say " If you keep on threating my mom, and direct your issues with me, I will find you, your family, and anyone else involved "........((( for UCC codes, (not law), private natural born American National Citizens are exempt from, clear as day in the UCC DEFINITION, as well as clear as day in the 4th (Must have a warrant, or any evidence obtained is inadmissible) the, 5th (right to remain silent, not answer questions), 6th(right to defend yourself under common law jurisdiction) 9th Amendments(Gov. can make no law overriding our rights) from the BILL OF RIGHTS, with the13th (No involuntary servitude), the 14th amendments (Guaranteed due process, equal protection, private property can only be taken if convicted by a jury or plea., free consultation, innocent till proven guilty and right to privacy))))) To Seek shelter, from the people who are responsible, for my pain, suffering, and theft, to see their homes, as they have seen mine, and demand my property returned, with compensation, and if not, what time is dinner? and where is my room?
3. I did not send any threats, only warning them, I may press charges depriving me of my rights willfully, UCC 1 -308, with TITTLE 18 SEC.42 sec. and TILLLE 42 sec. 1983 for criminal charges and civil lawsuits. NO THREAT OF VIOLENCE OF ANY KIND. you can see what I sent them (both letters), links below.

2. " GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH " A quote from 1775 orator Patrick henry.
3. QUOTE FROM THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE " LIFE, LIBERTY, AND PROPERTY, IN THE PUSUIT OF HAPPYNESS" Yes, I also added " to the death " as I again referring to the death of myself, defending my rights as the constitution demands, from tyrannical gov. criminals.
