Operation Diversion/Rio Grande Utah Homless 1 Year Later

I made this video in an effort to squelch some of the rumors by a Utah based radio host that "the homeless are disappearing". He continues to trumpet this accusation but has provided no facts. I think it has become "hit bait" since I have witnessed his reports showing up on social media, not once, but multiple times. I wanted to share what's happening here in Utah with our homeless, since we know darn well what is going on since the inception of Governor Herbert's brainchild Operation Diversion/Rio Grande. Although there are legitimate claims in other states since Hurricane Katrina and other "natural" disasters that the homeless are disappearing, with witness accounts, This does not seem to be the case in Utah. I only wish this talk show host would substantiate his claims he says people are reporting to him, I hope this video will help Utahan's understand our situation in this regard.
