Green Soup to reduce pain and inflammation
Otherwise known as Bieler's Broth, this soup can be whipped up quickly. Optional ingredients include zucchini, celery, parsley, asparagus, fennel, cilantro, parsley. Just roughly chop everything, add to soup pot and cover with water, simmer for 30-45 min, let cool down, VitaMix and store in glass jars in fridge or silicone molds in freezer. These last for weeks in the freezer and you can just take out two frozen "hockey pucks" per day and warm up with water and/or bone broth and/or coconut milk and drink. Loaded with fiber, alkaline veggies and very hypoallergenic, this soup (or thinned out drink) can help turn around the inflammation train in a few days. Drink 1-2c per day or drink more if you want to use it as part of a partial fast with bone broth and teas and a few other foods for a few days.
