Bill Gates's Depopulation Initiative [U.N Agenda 21 - Now Agenda 2030]

This is an infamous piece from a presentation by Bill Gates - where he explains that we must reduce all carbon emissions (CO2 specifically)
to ZERO - His formula: CO2 = P x S x E x C (PEOPLE x SERVICES x ENERGY x CARBON) and then he laughs as he states: "One of these numbers needs to equal zero..."
Bill Gates is a PSYCHOPATH - not just evil. He's the richest man in the world, he's at the helm - the center of the world's health care efforts (He is the main funding provider of the World Health Organization) - and he is a EUGENECIST -- If you do not know what Eugenics is:
