2015 Freightliner Cascadia Brake Chambers Falling Off!

I drive for Maverick Transportation. I've been occasionally hearing noises coming from my front brakes when I'm under a load, but I didn't detect the problem until now. It appears the the bottom part of both brake chambers have torn loose and are the tops are buckling. The maintenance department directed me to thoroughly check my brake chambers as they have had multiple problems with the steer tire brake chambers on these trucks. He said if they fall off I won't have any brakes! I've put in a breakdown order and I'm waiting for the repair person to come.
