A group of Black Lives Matter anarchists brawl with police outside the San Diego Police Department headquarters in Downtown. This event took place on August 24, 2020 at a sympathy for Kenosha protest. The man in blue is Stephen Glenn McLeod, who has been charged with pointing a laser at a police helicopter. This is a federal felony charge. The offense took place four days later on August 28th. The maximum penalty is 5 years in federal prison and a $250k fine.
