Could hospitals be covering up mass deaths of the vaccinated?

As US researcher and activist Mike Adams points out, now that the government is no longer issuing stimulus cheques and paying people to stay home, millions should be returning to work. Instead, there appears to be a shortage of workers and few students attending college. This situation begs the question: could the government be falsifying data, in an attempt to hide that millions have died because of the vaccine? Is it possible these people are being buried in common graves without the public’s knowledge?
