As Jason Aldean completed "Any Old Barstool" multiple witness reported hearing Fireworks, some observed 'Confetti" bombs, others reported strings of pops and smoke. In this clip slow motion appears to show illuminated floating debris.
First Credit to Mr.Burgandy for spotting this.
Having seen many reflections debunked in the past. Who could forget the strobe on the 4th floor or helicopter reflection. I am not entirely convinced that what we are seeing here is what it what is claimed. It may be lens flare, spot light movement or aircraft or traffic lights. Possible explanations include FBI agent drops secret plans from the stage roof in a sting operation, peel from the Gold outer layer of the windows released prior to completely breaking, a parachute flare, a flying insect much closer to the camera or stage than it appears......
However it just may be debris from an open window, firework or curtain debris. I don't believe it is glass as the fall rate is constant. It may be a drone.
