Fascist "Corporatism" Explained + The Fascist Labor Charter (1927)

A "Corporation" (ie. Corporatism) was the name of the Italian Fascist-state Government agency that played middle-man between Employers & Employees as a last resort council when they could not come to a mutual agreement on their own on labor/production/profit issues, strikes were absolutely not allowed within the Fascist state, as 'production' was a 'national duty' to the benefit & economic health of the Fascist state (of Italy) as a whole, this 'duty to the state' within the workforce was required by both workers, managers and factory owners (as the Fascist state saw them all as valued equals with different roles to play in a functioning society - so "Corporatism" had nothing to do with Mussolini making sinister secret deals with corrupt Capitalists or CEOs of big-business while shitting on the laborers and skilled tradesmen.
