I still worry about my health! Suffering from health anxiety really did a number on me for 5 years! All of the googling and research made me extremely aware of what symptoms can represent certain diseases. When I have pain in my body, my mind still wonders what if almost immediately. I have accepted that I am simply more prone to worrying about my health than the average person! Does this mean I still have health anxiety? No! There is a clear difference. I now let that initial thought pass out of my minds as easy as it entered. I refuse to google or focus on the symptom in an obssessive manner. This has shown the growth I have accomplished over the years!
