The operation was shut down in 1978 when the Muslim Bakery Zebras leader flew to Guyana. Prior to the culling of Black families trapped by the NOI, Huey P Newton advised Jim Jones on Revolutionary Suicide. 912 Blacks held hostage were executed at the Jonestown concentration camp by lethal injection as a result. Farrakhan was promoted for Black leadership on Donahue 7 years later.
