In Korea these days, folding Kimbap is very popular as seen in social media. There are many different versions out there. I thought a Japanese California roll version would be great too. So, today I’m going to show you how to make folded California rolls (접는 캘리포니아 롤). It is simple and fun to make. The flavor is amazing – you can be just as satisfied with it as going to a sushi restaurant. 🙂
