Army MARS 5.3855 MHz Upper Side Band (USB) @ 1450 UTC 29 NOV 2019

This is a radio "aircheck" captured by my Icom IC-7610 transceiver. I am using Win4IcomSuite software.

In my opinion, this communication sample sounds like an Army MARS net, in MARS Region 7.
