After a three year effort January 2022 was the end of my search for Gold in Arizona. In all those years of searching I didn't meet a single person that made a profit in gold prospecting. "Profit" being the operative word here. I found a little gold everywhere I searched but nowhere did I find enough to cover the expense of finding it. And we wont even go into the intense labor and massive amount of time. Some people spend their entire retirement years loosing money, I choose not to go down THAT rabbit hole. That being said, for the most part I enjoyed the chase and learned a lot. I just got over it.
