I could see his figure clearly and as I approached he stepped out in front of my car and I naturally brought the car to a  halt to avoid hitting the individual, but on looking at the 'figure' I realised this was not a person in the usual sense of the word.  This ‘person’ was a 'large hairy Ape like creature' which turned to look at the car as I approached. 'It’s eyes gave out a shine which was very noticeable and 'It' crossed the road in about 3 large strides moving with ease.  I felt uneasy but brought the car to a stop and put the window down so I could listen as 'It' left. I could hear something crunching away in the woods there, as if 'something' was clearly moving through the forest.
