It will come out through this series that the authorities, NHS, social services and many charities conspired, first to lethally fail Ruanne's healthcare to set her up for a stroke, then to withhold medical care when she had a stroke, and then to cover it up when I confronted them. With my support, Ruanne stood up for herself for the first time. In response, the guilty parties proceeded to torture us both and force us apart. Ruanne never received any medical care when she had a stroke. This is ATTEMPTED MURDER.

25:05 Ruqia had lived in the safe house from May 2017, and still had been bound in helplessness and powerless dependence upon City Hearts, information about her doctor and medical needs never made clear to her. It's part of the brainwashing to 'let them handle it' and not be involved in your own care, creating a gateway for them to do whatever they like behind a veil of haziness.
31:10 The clarity of how much autonomy I encouraged for Ruqia and her eager willingness to receive my help was important to document because I anticipated the strategy City Hearts would use to obstruct Ruqia getting help, for retaliation upon me, and protection of their own liability would be to say I forced my help upon an unwilling Ruqia. City Hearts did in fact implement this strategy, yet at the time of filming this I had no idea to what degree, because I had requested to see my file but they repeatedly obstructed this, breaching the General Data Protection Regulation. Later I would discover fraudulent documents fabricating events and conversations about myself and Ruqia. However, to this day, May 2020, I still have yet to receive my full file despite my numerous requests.
